- 2011- today: Director of the Italian-Egyptian project of study and conservation of the Monastery of Abba Nefer at Manqabad, Asyut, in collaboration with Rome University and Supreme Council of
Antiquities;
- 2010- today: Director and then co-director of the Italian archaeological mission at the solar temple of Niuserra at Abu Ghurab, funded by MAECI and University of Naples UNIOR;
- 2011-2016: Vice-director of the Italian Archaeological Mission in the Egyptian Eastern Desert between Wadi Hammamat and Mons Claudianus, directed by Irene Bragantini (UNIOR).
