This work gives the critical edition and an overview of the doctrine and sources of De mirabilibus mundi, dating back to the second half of the thirteenth century. The author analyzes De mirabilibus mundi’ s theoretical basis of the Magic and points out its importance in the Medieval debate on magic and also examines its appeal in the Renaissance.
