In the last decades, a recurring affirmation to almost all the studies reserved by the doctrine on the subject of concessions is that of a substantial generality of the notion. Sometimes accused of being characterized by a high degree of indeterminacy, or qualified as a generous expression, the notion of concession therefore represents one of those figures of public law with the most uncertain borders.
