The urban areas of immigration in Italy. Marginality and new frontiers
This contribution focus its attention to the changes that have affected the urban phenomenon and the methods and tools needed to understand these new phenomena. The exemplification choice refers to the phenomenon of migration in the Italian cities and the possible thematic fields of action on which to exercise the different methods of investigation. The cultural landscape changes imposed by the presence of migrants therefore become effective “litmus paper” to read the changes that affect the city in the last thirty years.
