A Survey of the Buddhist site at Tapa Sardar, Afghanistan: 阿富汗塔帕•萨达尔佛教遗址管窥 [Afuhan tapa Sadaer Fojiao yizhi guankui]

The article presents a n overview of the Buddhist site of Tapa Sardar (Afghanistan) excavated by the IsMEO Italian Archaeological Mission in Afghanistan between the late 1960s and the late 1970s. It contains a summary of the chronological issues and a description of the main cultic areas and monuments, accompanied by an archaeological analysis and art historical and cultural interpretations.
