The Ethiopic version of the "Story of Ahiqar" (Mashafa Hiqar)

The Story of Hiqar is the Ge'ez translation, made upon an Arabic model, of the well-known Story of Ahiqar the Persina Sage, first written in Aramic in the 5th c. B.C. Here the critical edition of the Ge'ez text and the English translationa are given.
