This article is aimed at addressing the legal institution of cohabitation contracts, introduced by law n. 76/2016, in order to allow cohabitants to regulate the balance sheet related to their life in common. In particular, the patrimonial aspects and successors related to cohabitation contracts and the doctrinal elaborations on the subject will be examined.
