Syllabus

Course Objectives

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the course the student will have to demonstrate a knowledge of Mongolian grammar and be able to translate a text (B1-C1 levels).


ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE 

During the evaluation the student has to be able to demonstrate conversational speech at the level B1-B2, reading, translation and analysis of a small text written in Mongolian.


Course Prerequisites

PREREQUIREMENTS

Completed courses "Mongolian language 1-2 /AF " (as a second language) or "Mongolian language 1, 2, 3 /AF " (as a first language) or knowledge of Mongolian at level A2


Teaching Methods

The course consists of lectures, exercises, seminars and other activities.


Assessment Methods

The exam is divided into: a written test and an oral exam.

Written test: The student will translate a short text and explain it grammaticaly

Oral exam: The student will read a short text, explain it grammatically, and conduct a short conversation in Mongolian.


Evaluation Criteria: 

The evaluation will consider the consistency, analytical and synthesis skills of the content, completeness of information, correct use of terminology, the ability to apply methodologies specific to the discipline, and the personal commitment demonstrated by the student in their studies.
