FSI aims to develop an AI-powered Flexi-Skill Learning Platform to enhance digital transformation in VET. It will provide adaptive, industry-aligned training through micro-learning modules, AI-driven career guidance, and virtual work-based learning (WBL) simulations. Additionally, the project focuses on inclusion and accessibility, ensuring disadvantaged learners can engage with digital education, supporting EU policies on skills development and employment.
The project will implement the Flexi-Skill Learning Platform, integrating AI-powered adaptive learning modules, gamification, and career guidance tools. It will introduce a stackable micro-credential system for flexible and modular certification.
Additionally, virtual WBL simulations will provide real-life industry scenarios to improve job readiness. Accessibility adaptations, including sign language and AI-assisted tools, will ensure digital inclusion for diverse learners.
The project will deliver a fully functional AI-driven learning platform, issuing 200 micro-credentials and engaging 300 - 500 learners in AI-powered WBL simulations. It will support personalized learning paths with AI-based feedback for career guidance. With 5,000 stakeholders involved, the project ensures broad adoption of digital learning in VET. Policy recommendations will aid the recognition and accreditation of micro-credentials, ensuring long-term impact.
