The essay aims to analyse which have been the public policies
chosen to limit the migratory flux entrance, from a 2006 Gary
BECKER's article about U.S. immigration policies. By contrary,
it focuses on the law and economics approach to optimise the
phenomenon, coherently to individual migratory projects and to
the transit or destination Country priorities.
