How can Europe promote a more peaceful Neighbourhood?

This paper is aimed at analysing the EU foreign policy in light of recent events in Ukraine. It suggests three main points on which the EU should focus on: 1) Redefinition of the Eastern Partnership; 2) Rethinking its approach towards the Russian Federation; 3) Build a more effective European Defence.
