Abstract:
The volume touches upon all the themes that the conference has proposed. It gradually explores language aspects related to the physiological, psychological, educational and emotional worlds educators, students, and institutions have to cope with. It also focuses on the impact that the study of an L2 has on learners and on the formation of their identities.
New ideas have shined through the proposed contributions, academic exchange programs have been launched and states of language fascination have been reached. Crossroads: Languages in (E)motion has put into motion interest, curiosity and desire for future investigations in fields of inquiry that do not necessarily pertain uniquely to the realm of applied linguistic but go beyond and deeper.
