The edition of 10 unknown letters of G. Quarenghi to V. Corazza gives important informations about the year 1779, when Quarenghi was leaving for Russia, and the following years in Petersburg, where he tried to sell to Catharina II the apographs of Da Vinci, detained by Corazza.
