abstract:
The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS)for rough diamonds aims at the suppression of trade in so-called conflict or blood diamonds. The trade restrictions called under the KPCS are inconsistent with WTO law. This article analyses the solution founded to coordinate WTO law and KPCS norms.
