La Costituzione egiziana del 2012

This paper analyzes the content and the implications of the Egyptian Constitution of 2012, enacted under the Presidency of Mursi, dismissed on July 3, 2013. The work also explores the Constitutional Declaration (30 March 2011) of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces and the Constitutional Declaration (22 November 2012) of the President Mursi.
